Olio Eternini Returns & Refunds Policy
At Olio Eternini, we strive to provide the highest quality extra virgin olive oil and ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We work very hard to make sure all information is explained clearly on our website. At the end of the day, we are only happy as long as you are happy with your purchase. Please read our detailed returns and refunds policy below.
General Return Policy:
- Returns or exchanges are generally not accepted. We only accept returns or exchanges if the product is damaged.
Damaged Products:
- If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@olioeternini.com.
- To process your claim, please provide:
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.)
- Photos of the damaged item
- A description of the issue
Return Process:
- Upon receiving your claim, we will review the information provided.
- If your claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you at no additional cost.
- If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment.
Non-returnable Items:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Products without proof of purchase
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Refund Policy:

Shipping Costs:

Exchanges:
