Our Story

In Sicily’s Valle del Belice, olive oil is more than an ingredient—it is memory, ritual, and pride.

Our story began in the 1960s, when Cesare Eternini acquired a piece of fertile land near Partanna and began cultivating olive trees with patience and purpose. Every November, the arrival of olio nuovo marked the reward of a year’s work: fresh, vibrant oil shared around the family table.

A father began the work. A son carried it forward. New trees were planted, traditional methods were refined, and a deep commitment to quality took root.

For years, our oil was reserved for relatives and close friends—the kind of bottle people asked for again before it was finished. Eventually, one idea became impossible to ignore: if something this special existed, why keep it hidden?

That is how Eternini – l’Olio del Ciafaglione was born, named after the land where it all began in Contrada Ciafaglione, Partanna.

We harvest early, while the olives are still green, and extract with care to preserve freshness, character, and naturally high polyphenols. The result is an extra virgin olive oil with vibrant aroma, herbaceous notes, balanced spice, and the unmistakable taste of Sicily.

This is not just olive oil.
It is family work, bottled.
