Our Story

In the picturesque hills of the Valle del Belice, where the sun warmly embraces the olive groves and the wind whispers through the leaves, the story of Olio Eternini begins—a tale of passion, heritage, and a profound love for the land. It all started in the 1960s when Cesare Eternini acquired a fertile piece of land just outside Partanna. He devoted his life to farming, and each November, the 'olio nuovo,' or new olive oil, marked the culmination of his dedication and a year's worth of hard work.

Cesare’s son, Giuseppe, proudly carried forward the family legacy by planting new olive trees and enhancing the olive oil production. Every tree he planted was a tribute to the past and a commitment to the future. For years, our extra virgin olive oil was shared exclusively with friends and family. However, recognizing its untapped potential, a bold vision emerged: to create an olive oil brand, expand our reach, and share this exceptional product with a broader community.

Thus, "Eternini: l'Olio del Ciafaglione" was born. The name encapsulates the essence of its origin—Contrada Ciafaglione in Partanna—and represents a product crafted with love and unwavering dedication. It reflects a timeless tradition passed down from one generation to the next.

We meticulously select the finest olives, hand-picked and harvested early to ensure they are still vibrantly green. This careful process results in an oil with low acidity and peroxide levels, rich in health-enhancing polyphenols. The resulting extra virgin olive oil boasts a bright golden-green hue, a fruity aroma with herbaceous undertones, and a subtle hint of spice.

Our mission is clear: to share this exceptional olive oil with the world while remaining true to our roots and connection to the land, for a legacy that is renewed through time and flavors.
